Château Malartic-LagravierePessac-Léognan 2010
About this product
Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere, formerly owned by Champagne producer Laurent Perrier, is now in the hands of the Bonnie family who have set about creating both white and red wines of distinction from their 47 hectares of vines. The red varieties are split between around 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc and after picking (with a higher level of reserve fruit included in recent years) are vinified in wooden vats and stainless steel - a fine blend of the traditional and modern. The wine spends time in 50% new oak barrels for maturation.
