About this product

Chateau Teyssier comes from a long line of winemaking that dates back to the eary 18th century, but fortunes have only really been changed since the evolution of the property in 1994 by Jonathon and Lyn Maltus, the current proprietors. Updating the property has been key, as has the consultation from winemaker to Cheval Blanc, Gilles Pauquet, who is ensuring that fine wines are emerging from the modest estate. If you were to put a check list together of exciting producers making exacting wines in a more contemporary way, Chateau Teyssier would be firmly on there, and especially worthy from 2010.
