The clean fresh palate shows slight notes of fruit sweetness and apple tart, defined by a crunchy, crisp acidity.

This is such a lovely clean tasting cider which consistently delights. It is delicious, chilled and drunk straight from the bottle, or poured over ice. The excellent reviews it has received are certainly well deserved!
