About this product

At just under 30 hectares of vineyards, Chateau Haut-Bailly has a broad palette to work with in creating its full flavoured but finessed red wines. 2010 draws from the best parcels, seeing a blend of  60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot and a splash of Cabernet Franc, resulting in a wine that is at once 'true to form' of sumptuous elegance, but also more profound, deep and lengthy. Veronique Sanders is the winemaker at the helm, and her nous is increasing the reputation of the estate considerably. SHould be considered a wine to watch (and enjoy!).
