Hand-crafted in the Basque region of north east Spain, Sidra Del Verano is made to a recipe passed down through five generations of the Soroa family. Using hand-picked apples, sun-ripened and freshly pressed, this Cider is truly crisp and refreshing; the way it's been since 1918.

Verano is a sweet, crisp and delicious cider reminiscent of stewed apples. It is a bit too sweet, yet the taste will immediately absolve that; though now I see the sweetness as part of its character, and would not wish it away.
