Cascade Bright Ale uses a blend of three specially-selected Tasmanian hops and 100% malt for an easy-drinking, crisp and refreshing ale. The hops bring a subtle balance of fruit and floral aromas with clean finish. A great addition to the range.

I used to enjoy the special runs that Cascade did a number of years ago and it was great to revisit this quality product. I didn't realise that Cascade was still doing this and power to them.

I'm not traditionally a beer drinker, but enjoyed the Bright Ale as it is a very light beer with a beautiful fruit aroma. Almost a "wine drinker's beer", if there ever was one. Would be very refreshing in summer.
