Made using the Methode Traditionelle process, Parkers Farm Champagne style sparkling wine is a blend of the 3 classic grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay delivers upfront flavours and length, the Pinot Noir adds complexity and richness while the Pinot Meunier creates the bridge between the mid and back palate. Flavours of fresh apple, citrus and strawberries combined with cleansing acid bring all the hallmarks of premium sparkling wine.
