Icons in the Bourbon Whiskey industry, Wild Turkey, have produced their first Bourbon and Rye Whiskey blend with 'Forgiven'. Using a bill of 78% 6 year-old Bourbon Whiskey and 22% 4 year-old Rye Whiskey, Forgiven begins with a large hit of oak along with rye spices. On the palate this special Whiskey has robust flavours of roasted cinnamon and caramel and finished with a delicious vanilla and a hint of peppery spice. While perfect when served neat or over a couple of ice cubes, Wild Turkey Forgiven is remarkably suited to being paired with ginger ale and drop or two of bitters or mixed with your favourite apple cider for a refreshing summertime drink.
