A more grown-up, serious Sauvignon Blanc with fresh nettles, gooseberry and white flowers. Fresh and vibrantly appealing. The palate doesn't disappoint, with good balance between fruit intensity and restraint, finishing satisfyingly dry. A good style for those not looking for a Diva.
