An R.D. A cLassic style made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the on our Estate in the Great Southern Region in Western Australia and has spent a minimum of 7 years on its yeast lees prior to disgorging. Showcasing intermingled intense melon, white stone fruit and brioche flavours intermingled delivering a complex and full flavoured experience. Suited for immediate consumption. Enjoy as an Apéritif; also pairs well cheese, seafood and light meat dishes. The acronym R.D. means this wine has been "Recently Disgorged". We have cellared it in our winery for 7 years before disgorging (removing) the yeast lees. This is a significant and costly exercise which the wine and drinker is the beneficiary. The drinker will get to experience a sparkling which is extremely difficult to procure from Australian Producers; when buying equivalent French Champagnes are expensive.
