Hare's Chase

The Springer Blend

Born from a joint venture between friends Peter Taylor and Michael de la Haye, Hare's Chase 'The Springe'r is a blend of Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. Plum red in the glass, the nose brings slight vanilla and chestnut up front, followed by cherry and spiced fruit. On the palate, dark chocolates and liquorice, rounded off by a silky texture and soft tannins.
