Each vineyard parcel was hand harvested and then fermented in open fermenters and aged in 1 to 5 years old French oak hogshead. Th resulting wine has complexity of savoury spices, earthy tones with ripe dark berries flavours and subtle oak. This Grenache has captures the spirit of the region.
