About this product

The Sweetly peated Single Malt from Allt-A-Bhainne. Back in the 70's they said that you shouldn't mix peat with Speyside, that smokiness & sweetness couldn't work. But we followed our nose and started distilling whisky our way.

Very smooth and sweeter than other malts. Looking to buy another bottle here in Melbourne but it is only on clearance miles away.

Good balance of taste, peat and smokiness. Next time this goes on members special I would definitely grab one. Only downside is the price. Only a few top up and you can get a Talisker. Overall this is a drink that will always be on my radar

Only become aware of this because it was a member special and the reviews prompted me to buy a bottle - will be buying another before the price increases $15. Shouldn't really recommend this to a friend because there will be none left.
