Freixenet's premier cuvée and highest quality Brut, the Vintage Reserva is a reserve cava only produced in years of exceptional harvests. Made from a blend of Xarel-lo and Parellada, the sparkling wine has supple flavours of fine cirtus, pear and peach with a crisp, dry finish.

I tried this bottle last night with some bay oysters and lemon. Fantastic pairing. The bubbles are natural (not sweet), leaving a soft creamy flavor on the tongue. Not too dry or yeasty like champagne. Very tasty would defineately recommen

This bubbly was recommended to me by one of the Dan Murphys sales assistants and I absolutely loved it. Quite dry and members offer made it very affordable. Will definitely buy it again.
