Sheep Dip Amoroso Oloroso Scotch Whisky is a truly unique whisky that was distilled in Scotland in 1999, then matured in Bourbon barrels for years and then remarkably shipped across the seas to Spain and Sherry maestros, Sánchez Romate to mature in Oloroso Sherry casks for 9 more years. After this remarkable journey, another trip back to Scotland to be bottled in March 2012. The resulting whisky has a enveloping character of chocolate and vanilla supported by sultana and spicy Oloroso notes along with a fruit driven palate of pears, peaches and subtle sweetness.
