About this product
One of the world's oldest family wineries, Dopff Au Moulin have been making fine wines since 1574. Overlooking the town of Turckheim, the 'Brand' vineyard faces south and south east. The vineyard is characterised by the soil consisting of Turckheim granite with black and white micas and its little water retention which creates a warming of the soil. The result produces a rich full bodied wine, that remains elegant despite its superb concentration, displaying notes of roses, spices and fried frui

A lovely Gewurztraminer expression of spice and candied fruits with a full, fleshy and ripe fruit palate balanced by freshness and terrific length. Quite superb. Do yourself a favour.
