Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Light but bright hue; a very elegant wine with a core of red cherry and plum fruit, supported rather than challenged by superfine tannins and oak (10% new French puncheons). Making a better shiraz given the vintage would have been nigh on impossible, but it is probable this wine will principally appeal to lovers of pinot noir.
