Thankfully the result is really good. Plenty of fresh lime and green apple characters on the nose and palate, a lovely natural minerality and the aromatics of the Adelaide Hills fruit actually add another dimension. A vibrant and refreshing Riesling.

It is fabulously polished and delicate, showing aromas of lemon zest, crunchy apple, lime peel and wet limestone on the nose, leading to a concentrated palate that is taut and focused. The wine offers excellent varietal purity and elegance, brilliantly structured by racy acidity. A blend of grapes grown in the Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills. At its best: 2020 to 2030.

Talc Riesling nose, crystal clarity, fresh, nicely linear with crisp minerality and focus. Lime flavours, juicy and flavoursome. An interesting combination and happy accident of two renowned regions and very good for the price.
