Bruichladdich have harnessed the power of Port Charlotte and Islay peat to create this special 'Peat Project' bottling that brings together spirits from a number of different vintages. This enhances the complexity of the whisky and realises the Port Charlotte vision of distiller Jim McEwan. The result is a whisky of pure indulgence where the power of the peat is matched with the elegance and complexity of floral notes for which Bruichladdich are famous. Peated to 44 ppm and bottled using Islay spring water from the Octomore field of local famers, this is a whisky for whisky lovers.
