Apples and citrus play ever so well alongside the bakery notes and lick of fragrant spice.

Chardonnay parcels were whole-bunch pressed and taken through primary fermentation and mlf, tiraged '12 and kept on lees until disgorged Sept '18. Pale straw hue; the low dosage after disgorgement has resulted in a wine with drive, freshness and great balance.
