St ErthSingle Vineyard Chardonnay
About this product
The single minded mission of St Erth is to craft wines of distinction that not only showcase the variety but also the vineyard location. This limited release Chardonnay is sourced from a single site in the premium Mornington Peninsula region. This site has a stable, cool climate and when coupled with sandy-loam soils and low yields, the result is a Chardonnay of flavour, finesse and power. Fragrant notes of stone fruit nectar paired with a textured mouth feel courtesty of wild yeast fermentation add even more complexity.
