A unique infusion of Chinese bruised ginger root and selected botanical extracts are used to give this exceptional brew its delicious balance of flavour. This warming speciality ale has a pronounced ginger and spiced herb palate complemented by a sweet roasted malt dryness and wonderful long ginger finish.

Much more than a ginger beer.

This beer is fantastic. Ginger is not overpowering but is deliciously pronounced. Obviously a superior British ale with a warm, filling mouth feel. Taste is balanced and very flavourful - medium palate weight. Great sipper on a cold night.

ok as far as ale's go. Nice peppery flavour that's not too strong Pretty maple colour. worth a try.
