All but one of the four gold medals (and trophy) emblazoned on the front label are, well, curious, the one with unquestionable status the International Wine and Spirits Competition ''12 (UK). It is a generous wine, with abundant red and black fruits, ripe tannins and come-hither oak that provided the floorboards for its show success. Great value.
