True to Barwang expected style but not necessarily true to Barwang expected quality. Spicy, peppery, black cherried flavours with a gamey, tinny note to the finish. Beauty and the beast. Mid-palate is attractive. Firm tannin helps give the wine shape. Won't fall over but best consumed youngish.
