Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazTaylors Jaraman Shiraz continues the long tradition of producing flavour rich red wines from premium vineyards across South Australia. This Shiraz is sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions and brings together both worlds with rich, foreboding fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit. There are lifted aromas of dark forest berry and cherry with subtle plum and spicy overtones of clove and cinnamon aromas on the nose. It is delicious today with a intensely rich full-bodied finished, yet will cellar nicely for the medium term.
