Sourced from seven small vineyards, 13% was barrel-fermented, the remainder fermented in stainless steel. The barrel fermentation has given the wine the sort of structure more frequently found in Margaret River together with some herbaceous notes. It's an all-purpose wine, ever compliant with food.

From an 'outstanding' vintage, comes a sauvignon of great delicacy and freshness. It's all about the quality of the fruit, assertive tropical fruits, citrus, lemon zest, dressed in splashes of passionfruit. Plenty of ripe fruit here, crisp in acidity and clean, with a chalky texture. Delicious.
