About this product

The Petaluma of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of modern Australian winemaking when let to mingle with traditional wine estate and aged vineyards. Notes of dark chocolate, mocha, espresso and forest floor sit alongside bold blackcurrant fruit and cedar nuances. The finish is long and sustained.

Drank a 2017 tonight. Would buy more without hesitation. Full bodied, nice fruit. Recommended.

this 2017 Cab Sav was consumed in late December 2020. Long on the palette and dry. While not fantastic, it is certainly in the upper half of reds in this price range.

Compared with the other fine Petaluma products, this one is disappointing. There's better red's for the price.
