Initial taste the bitterness comes through but as it warms up from the chill it becomes far more interesting. Started drinking this while I cooked a pork chop and was inspired to spoon a litte of this fine ale onto my chop. What a good idea

This ale doesn't skimp on ingredients. The malts and hops are listed on the bottle. However, the number of different hops is overkill and leads to the hop flavours being confused and overpowering the malts. The price is okay for a high ABV/
