...This is at the better end of the spectrum however – you can taste a bit more vitality and tension, crispness and energy of fizz and has a bouquet that’s at once fresh and a bit more complex in fruit spectrum. It’s pretty dry, has some power behind the drive of the wine and finishes chalky. Crisp, clean, fit for purpose, good feel. Simple things. Probably due extra point or so for ease of drinking too, but hey.
