Named after Ron and Elva Laughton eldest daughter, now winemaker, Emily's Paddock consists predominately of Shiraz with a splash of Cabernet Franc. Coming off an excellent vintage for the winery, the 2005 showcases the typically wonderful characteristics expected from this 'Outstanding' Langton's classified wine. Lovely cherry, dark chocolate aromas with a rich focus of berry fruit flavours, balanced with dry, structured tannins. Noted for it's longevity, this wine will easily cellar for many years to come.

Similar colour to Georgia's; a firmer structure, resting on slightly more evident tannins, and the fruit more towards black cherry and blackberry; a long, balanced finish.
