Sierra Nevada, craft brewing maestros in California, have the ability to harvest two crop harvests every year, once in the autumn of the Southern Hemisphere, the other in the 'fall' of the Northern. Hops are at their peak flavour during this season, bursting with aromatic oils that lend this exceptional ale with layers of complex flavour and aroma. Freshly plucked from the bine in Yakima, Washington, these 'wet hops' are transported back to Sierra Nevada within 24 hours, capturing the freshness within. It is here they hand-craft the Northern Hemisphere Harvest Fresh Hop Ale which is bursting with fresh hop aromatics and spiciness.
