Key to the character of this gin is the subtle inclusion of coastal daisy (Olearia axillaris) sometimes known as wild rosemary - which perfectly enhances this gin’s lively structure. Balanced with orange zest, tonka bean, cubub and long peppers, O Gin is savoury and dry with a burst of orange. Served as a G&T garnished with mandarin, ground long pepper and a sprig of rosemary.
