Tintara are not only a historic winery in South Australia, they are also embracing modern winemaking techniques to produce flavoursome and full-bodied Shiraz like this beauty from McLaren Vale. Displaying concentrated flavours of dark forest fruits, plum and cocoa to complement the sweet vanilla oak. Fine grained tannin carries the balance of this luscious McLaren red which gives the palate a rich and even persistence.

Thought I'd try this hot little number and I was not disappointed, full bodied flavour that makes you salivate and crave a steak!

I took this wine to an Indian restaurant and the big, bold, juicy fruit in this wine perfectly complimented the rich spices and aromas of the food.

I have had a LOT of Shiraz over the years but this is my all time favorite. It's everything a great Shiraz should be... bold, smooth and delicious!
