A deep bath of thick, sweet black fruit, reminiscent in an obvious way of Christmas cake dotted with chocolate nibs and dried blackberries. It would be impossible to pack more flavour into a bottle of red! Yes, it’s high in alcohol, and, yes, it displays massive dollops of raisined, ripe fruit, but, isn’t it gorgeous? Chris Ringland is the master of this style of Barossa red. He has the magical knack of keeping all of this abundance in balance - and our customers love him for it.
