Tasmanian grown malted barley and pure rainwater are harnessed along with casks previously used to mature fine Tasmanian Pinot Noir to produce this truly tailored malt whisky. Like a warm crocheted rug your Nanna made wrapped around as you sit near an open fire, this will warm you and comfort you. A buttery aftertaste leaves an unforgettable impression.

Highly surpised when I drank this recently. Great depth of flavour with a slightly spicy finish and a hint of citrus. Refreshing and light and would definitely recommend this whisky above some of the whiskies coming out of Scotland.
