All batches were machine harvested in the cool of the night and crushed to static fermenters. A mixture of pre-fermentation cold soak and immediate cultured yeast inoculation techniques were used to harness the unique array of characteristics coming from each block and variety.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Bright, ripe and beautifully fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, sweet raspberry, thyme and floral characters, leading to a beautifully rounded palate that’s supple and smooth. It’s charming and flavoursome with a lengthy silky finish. At its best: now to 2022.
