Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirIndependent wineryTasmanian Hill Pinot Noir is an estate grown Pinot taken from two premium regions, namely the Tamar Valley and the East Coast. The prevailing weather conditions of cold winters, mild autumn and springs along with relatively warm summers produce a medium-bodied Pinot Noir with character aplenty. Richly textured with a sweet-fruit middle palate along with ripe tannins and fresh acidity provide a wonderfully structured wine ideal for creamy risottos or a duck ragu.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.

Spectacular value. Structurally high class, vivid acidity, deliciously fi ne cherry aromatics and mulled strawberry. A very plush and dry refreshing style, and an incredible entrant in the enthusiastically pursued sub $20 Pinot stakes.
