About this product

Tasmanian Hill Pinot Noir is an estate grown Pinot taken from two premium regions, namely the Tamar Valley and the East Coast. The prevailing weather conditions of cold winters, mild autumn and springs along with relatively warm summers produce a medium-bodied Pinot Noir with character aplenty. Richly textured with a sweet-fruit middle palate along with ripe tannins and fresh acidity provide a wonderfully structured wine ideal for creamy risottos or a duck ragu.
