Our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense crimson colour. The nose reveals aromas of mixed spices, dark fruits, and toasty French oak. The palate is deep and powerful; showing a ripe spectrum of red to dark fruits combined with star anise, clove, and allspice. The finish is incredibly long, with firm but fine tannins. We consider our 2010 vintage to be the most complete and complex Cabernet Sauvignon produced at Woodlands.

Heather Jean. Deep, bright crimson; restrained and complex on the bouquet, showing cedar, red fruits, violets and licorice; the medium to full-bodied palate is pure fruited, focused, displaying an abundance of fine-grained tannins, fine acid line and a long and expansive conclusion.

Dark fruit and a complex mix of black olive, black currant,clove, cassis, violet flower, pure, focussed and still tight knit with assertive but fine tannins. A confidently made wine accurately portraying pure Margaret River origins.
