About this product

To celebrate their 30th vintage, Jasper Hill have decided to release the very first 'The Sisters' blend of their famous and much sought after single vineyard wines. In 2011, both Georgia's and Emily's Paddock wines will not be released when the decision was made the the sum of the parts was superior to the individual components. Still maintaining Ron Laughton's passion for time and place, this Shiraz combines power and finesse with components of 20% Emily's Paddock and 80% Georgia's Paddock. The creaminess, minerality and perfumed characteristics of the Emily's is in perfect balance with the ripe berries and spiciness of the Gerogia's. Don't miss out on what could be a once in a lifetime release.
