Sourced mainly from two vineyards high up in southern part of the Eden Valley to produce a wine that is structured and finely poised. Wonderful upfront flavours of grapefruit, white blossom, nectarine and hazelnut are complimented by a seamless palate along with zippy finish of clean acid lines.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
