Amber Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc sourced from a certified organic & biodynamic vineyard in Margaret River. Grapes are wild-fermented on skins for 6 days to increase texture whilst still capturing freshness. No additions of yeast, tannin or acid are used throughout the winemaking with only minimal sulphur dioxide added prior to bottling.
