About this product

Colour: Deep ruby red

Bouquet: A bouquet of dark cherries, and subtle hints of vanilla

Palate: A soft medium bodied red showing intense plum, dark

cherry and blackberry fruit flavours combined by vanilla and

other spicy oak characters. This red has silky tannins with a fine

acid structure.

Food: Pasta or red meat dishes.

As someone who drank Cabernet Merlot the rationalization by Stanley of the range of casks to one inferior red is a retrograde step
