Their Eden Valley Riesling was picked early in the ripening period to ensure utmost acid retention while still allowing the textural nature of the Eden Valley terroir to shine through. A wonderful wine that will not only drink well while young and vibrant, but will also age very nicely to develop further palate weight and viscosity with time.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
