Hollick Wilgha Shiraz is a wine created in the vineyard. Selected parcels of fruit are used to produce one of Coonawarra's most acclaimed Shiraz wines. From a patch of terra rossa soil in the south-western corner of the region that was planted in 1975, the Wilgha is a study in concentration, power, and poise. Lovely black fruit and spice characters are showing early, along with firm yet balanced tannins that will see the Wilgha cellar nicely for over 10 years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
