EldertonCommand Shiraz 1995
About this product
There's simply nothing quite like an aged Barossa icon. Named after the special treatment the old vine fruit nurtured by the Ashmead family 'commanded', this Shiraz is of foreboding concentration. The fruit for Aussie icon comes from the century old Elderton vineyard located on the banks of the Para River and is matured in a mixture of French and American oak. Having now been in bottle for well over a decade, this Command is ready to be enjoyed after enjoying its time resting, slowing gaining even more complexity than when bottled back in the 1990s.
