The Napa Valley is home to some of America''s finest wines, especially Cabernet Sauvignon which is seen as the region''s flagship. Atalon has always had Cabernet Sauvignon at the beating heart of their production and that dedication can be tasted in every bottle. This Cabernet has been carefully crafted from selected vineyard sites throughout the Napa Valley; ranging from fertile clay soils in the heart of the valley to the gravely alluvial soils on the Rutherford Bench. Notes of rich black cherry and plum are wrapped around wonderful use of oak and the presence of fine grained tannin.
