About this product

Château Beau-Site's name means 'Beautiful Spot', and isn't hard to see why as this estate sits within the village of St-Corbian and overlooks the vineyards to Calon-Ségur towards the Gironde. Very consistent wines are the hallmark of Beau Site which come under the watchful eye of Borie-Manoux. 50% new oak is used and while firm and austere at first, they round out beautifully with age with nice fleshy and full bodied fruit.

Delicious St-Estephe at a reasonable price

I'm almost reluctant to write this in case it's sold out. For those of us who love St-Estephe, this is wonderful value. A delicious drop. Memories of Chateau de Pez. Decant it. Roll it round on your tounge. Heaven at a reasonable price.

This is not a great bordeaux wine but it is terrific just the same.
