Château Haut-BeausejourPremier Grand Cru Classe 2009
About this product
Château Beauséjour (Duffau Lagarosse) is a definite wine of distinction, yet is still widely unknown due to their high proportion of private sales direct from the family estate. Merlot dominates the 2009 blend (77%) to provide one of the biggest wines of the vintage, especially within the appellation. Robust and concentrated fruit abound in what can only be described as a 'tour de force'. Rated by some wine critics one of the few 'perfect' wines of the vintage, Beauséjour is a definite must have for any Bordeaux aficionado.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
