That is why we still see a heart shape on the labels. The 2009 sees the wine contain the highest proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon in its history (90%) which has delivered probably the most structured of all of the Estèphe's. There is a core of sweetness, yet the fantastic purity and earthen nature of the back palate is what sets it apart.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
