About this product

Having undergone considerable changes over the past few years with the Mouiex family taking control of the historic Saint-Émilion estate in 2008, the wines from Château Belair-Monange have taken a giant leap foward. After an amazing effort in a difficult year of 2008, the 2009 release is some to behold. More restrained than some of their appellation cousins, the Belair-Monange has notes of graphite, cedar and cigar box along with balanced and lifted blue fruit notes. Should be considered an architype of its right bank terroir.
